While at TMA, Haley led State Farm’s Metaverse debut — a first-of-its-kind digital experience to reshape customer engagement with younger audiences. State Farm was first in its category to enter the Metaverse, requiring a test-and-learn approach to launch while navigating an emerging digital space.

In partnership with iHeartMedia, State Farm launched a digital concert venue on Roblox and Fortnite featuring top artists like Ed Sheeran. The inaugural concert headlined by Charlie Puth drew massive engagement and amassed one million players, the equivalent to selling out Madison Square Gardens fifty times over.
